I have been a customer since owning my first Fiat auto in 1977. The proprietor then. Tony Rinaldi provided excellent, honest service at a fair price. He built his business and a loyal clientele till he retired late 2016. New owner is continuing in this tradition, recent visits, I received an honest appraisal. What I thought was an issue, wasn't a big deal and I wasn't charged. These qualities are rare to find these days.
